RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to telephone, email or chat inquiries from customers using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gather informations,researches concerns, and provides resolution.
  • Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs.

WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
  • Broadband INternet with atleast 10+ mbps download speed (must not below 10mbps)
  • Stable Internet connection with the ABILITY to create a wired connection
  • Background noise and distraction free
  • Live in Metro Manila

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:

  • High school graduate
  • 1 year BPO call center experience
  • Advance English Speaking skills
