RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responds to telephone, email or chat inquiries from customers using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gather informations,researches concerns, and provides resolution.
- Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs.
- Prepares standard reports to track workload,
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- Broadband INternet with atleast 10+ mbps download speed (must not below 10mbps)
- Stable Internet connection with the ABILITY to create a wired connection
- Background noise and distraction free
- Live in Metro Manila
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- High school graduate
- 1 year BPO call center experience
- Advance English Speaking skills
- Customer focused personality
